Malaysia is known for many things, one of the most legendary ones is food. Because of it's geographical location, the food is mainly influenced by Thai, Chinese, Indonesian and Indian cuisine. These influences manifest themselves in a variety of ways, from cooking techniques and tools used, to the exotic flavors and spices used in dishes.

As we drew closer to Ramadan and Raya festives, Kay Event & Patisserie saw a great opportunity to incorporate exotic local ingredients; such as petai, pandan leaves, chilli padi, kaya and more into our signature dishes and serve them through our hot food catering, high tea and canapes services.
